In profile search you can specify the type of man or woman you are looking for. For example, where should he or she come from and you have a preference for a person of a certain age? Based on this information you will receive match. Every day we look for new hits so you receive new messages regularly. Want to get more hits? Make sure that you do not make the search specific, for example, by extending the age limit or by selecting multiple provinces. But be aware that these changes will take a few days to come into effect. This means that you can receive the hits based on the previous search criteria for a few days to come.

We check all the photos manually to ensure their authenticity. An image must meet the following criteria, in case your image is declined, you will receive an email.

• Image cannot depict violent, illegal or discriminatory activities
• Image cannot show people under 18
• Image cannot be copyright protected

All texts are manually controlled by us to ensure the authenticity of what is written. A profile text must meet the following criteria, in case your profile text is rejected, you will receive an email.

• The text cannot include contact options such as an email address or phone number
• The text cannot contain a url
• The text cannot contain violent, illegal or discriminatory topics
• The text cannot describe a person under the age of 18

You can search for profiles yourself, as well as get hits on people like meet your search criteria. In case you get a match with another person, get Also this person your profile as a match. If so, the first step is already been taken !!

Every day our advanced matching system is looking for new matches. This means that you will receive new hits regularly. To keep everything well organized for men and women we will not distribute all the hits at once, but rather in phases. So, be sure not to miss anything and check your match every day now and then.

Your can write to our Support in order to delete your profile. Your profile will be deleted immediately and you will receive a confirmation email. Please consider the fact that deleting a profile is permanent: match, messages and coin will be lost.

Despite our strict control it sometimes it happens that there is a false profile active on the site. If so, you can fill out the Contact Form and we will take it measures immediately. Always be careful with messages and call requests from such profiles.

This is possible in your account. These are default settings that allow you to be kept informed new hits and messages by email. If you do not want to receive daily or weekly notification of new matches   and (or) new messages you can change it on the profile settings or write to our Support.
